Black Knight Games makes every attempt to have all of our products in stock, all of the time. However, sometimes large or numerous orders deplete our stock and we have to back order products. If this happens, then we will notify you immediately as we process your order.
Shipping rates are based on average costs to various countries throughout the world. We try to be as accurate as we can, but sometimes we may ask that customers pay for additional shipping.
You orders will usually be sent within 3-5 working days from your date of order. Orders often reach domestic destinations within 3 working days from order. International orders can take up to a week or two. If you feel your order is late, please contact us at customerservice@black-knight-games-online.com and we will resolve the issue with you.

Returns
Black Knight Games will gladly accept returned items that are damaged during their manufacture. We never want to sell you a poor casting or incomplete model, so just let us know if there is a problem. We are happy to work it out.
Black Knight Games cannot accept returns if they are painted, primed or otherwise rendered unusable. Contact us if you have questions PRIOR to sending your product to us for return.
